Payment & Cancellation Policy

Effective April 1st, all payments for programs and events are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours (1 day) of the scheduled program. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% credit of the program cost. Please check your calendar carefully before committing to an event.

If a program is canceled by DAB Pickleball due to weather (determined by our team of experts) or low participation, 100% of your payment will be credited to your account.

This policy has been implemented to honor the commitment of our coaches and participants.
